1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a quote request, booking a job, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the property owner, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Clean Bot provides professional cleaning of upholstery, mattresses, rugs, carpet and related items in the Greater Sacramento area. Service availability depends on your location and scheduling, and we may decline or limit service at our discretion (for example, if a location falls outside our service area or job conditions present a safety risk).

3. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide and are confirmed with you before work begins. Prices follow our published price list, with a $149 minimum order. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described (for example, undisclosed damage, unusual soiling, or additional items), we will discuss any price change with you before proceeding — we do not add charges without your agreement.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit card and cash. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, and we reserve the right to charge a reasonable late fee on overdue amounts.

5. Scheduling & cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments (including situations where our technician cannot access the property or complete the job through no fault of ours) may be subject to a trip or cancellation fee.

6. Re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a specific spot, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers re-cleaning only, applies to the original service area and items, and does not constitute a money-back guarantee or cover pre-existing or permanent damage.

7. Delicate materials & limitations

Some fabrics and materials (for example silk, wool, chenille, antique or delicate items) and certain stains (for example old dye transfer, bleach marks or permanent discoloration) carry inherent risk or cannot be fully restored. We test materials first and will advise you of expected results before starting. Service on delicate materials, or where results cannot be guaranteed, proceeds at the customer’s request and risk. Not every stain or odor can be fully removed; we will always tell you upfront if we do not expect a full result.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFERA LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions disclosed or reasonably discoverable before service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here affects the coverage provided under our general liability insurance for accidental property damage caused by our work.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clean Bot and SFERA LLC harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or inaccurate information you provide to us in connection with a quote or booking.

11. Website use & content

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and images — are owned by or licensed to SFERA LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of evaluating or booking our services. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish Site content, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s normal operation, without our written permission.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continuing to use the Site or book services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
